About Event

What are the key rules which I need to take note of while taking part in this event?

Togoparts aims to foster a cyclist community that is committed to staying active and maintaining a good citizenry. While taking part in this challenge, we need all riders to abide by all health advisements and restrictions in their area, prior to undertaking any physical activity.

What are the start and end dates of the #TOGORIDE2022 challenge?

The challenge period starts from 1 January 2022 00:00 - 31 December 2022 23:59 GMT+8.

When is the closing date for registration?

Registration closes on 31 December 2022, 23:59 GMT+8.

What is the finisher distance of the #TOGORIDE2022?

The Finisher Distance is 2,022km for the whole year.

Do I have to clock 2,022km in 1 activity submission to become a finisher?

No. You may clock as many activities as you wish to complete 2,022km and beyond.

How much is the participation fee?

#TOGORIDE2022 is our signature Year-Long Cycling challenge that is absolutely FREE to join!

Can I do indoor rides on a trainer or stationary bike and log that ride?

Yes, indoor rides are recognised for #TOGORIDE2022.

I have paid for the challenge, how will I know if my registration is successful?

All successful registrants will receive an email notification. If you are not sure if your payment is successful, please email us at [email protected]

I live outside of Singapore, can I still sign up and join?

Yes! At Togoparts, our main mission is to connect cyclists and like-minded people from around the globe.

I have registered, what's next?

Simply start using your STRAVA app to record your rides starting from the challenge start date. Record them as "Ride" activities.

The leaderboard will start syncing your activities automatically. Check back to the event leaderboard to see your rankings on the Togoparts site or on our iOS or Android App.

Please ensure that you authorise Togoparts to connect to your Strava account. Remember to use your STRAVA App to track all your activities during the challenge period. You can find Strava's authorisation link in our notification email.

If you are using a non-Strava device to record your activities, please upload your activities to Strava. Just make sure all devices are Strava-compatible! Once the challenge starts, the leaderboard will be refreshed periodically to reflect your relevant completed activity details.

Can I request a refund?

There will be no refunds made once a participant has signed up. In the event that the participant is unable to complete the challenge due to unforeseen circumstances, please write to [email protected] so we can review it on a case by case basis.

How many members are allowed in a single team?

A team must consist of a minimum of 3 people or a maximum of 10 people to qualify for achievements. You do not need to do your activities together to be ranked as a team or unlock team achievements

Event Rewards

When can I get my rewards? Do I need to pay more for shipping?

Your rewards will be shipped out 6 weeks after the order is made. Make sure to provide your complete mailing address (incl. House/Unit/Tower Number) to ensure that your parcel will be delivered to you.

I placed an order for the Cyclodari-Tee. Can I still change the Size?

Unfortunately, no. All tees are made upon order. Otherwise, you may look for a fellow participant to exchange tees with on our Exclusive Community. We highly suggest that you check for the correct sizing using the Tee Sizing Chart found on the registration page before placing your order.

Achievements

RECRUITMENT AGENCY

Do I have to refer 22 unique friends to unlock this achievement?

Not necessarily, as long as you have 22 valid referrals (accumulated in any of Togoparts challenges), you will unlock this achievement.
 

ROUND THE ISLAND

How do I submit my Round Island Data?

You have to send us at least two screenshots of your Round Island Ride per season in order to qualify for this achievement. Please send it over to our challenge email: [email protected]
 

LONG RIDES ARE MY THING!

Do I have to do this consecutively?

No, feel free to plan your rides as long as you record at least 12 activities with 122 km in a single session within the whole year.
 

Seasonal Badges

May i know the dates breakdown for each season?

Season 1: January 1, 2022 - March 31, 2022

Season 2: April 1, 2022 - July 31, 2022

Season 3: August 1 - September 31, 2022

Season 4: October 1 - December 31, 2022

If I start clocking in on 31st January and ends on 1st Feb, how will the distance be tabulated?

This activity will be counted as a 31st January Ride. We consider the activity start time as the date of the activity.
 

When will my seasonal badge show on the leaderboard?

Approximately 5-7 working days from the end of the Season.
 

If I surpassed my monthly target, can the extra distance be brought forward to the next month?

No. For monthly targetted achievements, the count will restart every month.
 

I signed up late, will I still qualify for Season 1 Achievements?

Yes. However, you will no longer qualify for achievements that need to be done on specific dates.
 

When will my achievements show on the leaderboard?

Some achievements show up a few hours after you meet the requirements. Our system runs an achievement check every 6 hours. You will be receiving an email once you unlock the achievement.
 

Do you accept manual outdoor rides?

Yes. We accept manual outdoor rides.
 

Can I unlock more than one top contributor's achievements?

Yes! Feel free to dominate the challenge.
 

Are both indoor and outdoor rides accepted?

Yes.
 

How are the countries ranked?

The countries will be ranked based on the average outdoor cycling distance of the top 5 cyclists from the respective countries.
 

I am from SG but I am staying in MY. Which country will I be representing?

You have to select your country of origin even if you are staying overseas.
