Frame size: 56cm / M-L
Frame material: Preferably steel, aluminium also ok, titanium would be great, if it is not too expensive
Rack: Frame should have a rack or be prepared for one
Gears: Ideally single speed, derailleur only if high quality (minimum Shimano SLX or 105 level), gearhubs also ok if light
Brakes: Ideally mechanic disc brakes, hydraulic also ok. Other types need to have enough space for mudguards and larger tyres
Budget: Flexible, depending on the bike
