This vintage Panasonic CB-4000 dates from 1992 - the last hurrah of the Japanese bike boom of the 1980s and early 90s. This bike is in superb condition. 21 gears. Tange tubing steel frame & components made in Japan. Suitable for commuting or touring. Plenty to interest here - this version is the desired unisex Mixte steel frame - with the double top tube/stays. The road geometry is what makes it light, fast, and suitable for being set up as a roadbike. The lower stepover is what makes mounting and dismounting easier, thus making it suitable for transportation.Quality mixte frame bicycles like this are hard to come by. Reluctant sale as having to move overseas. Original paintwork and decals.
