Cleats will lock you into your bike and give you the ability to feel your pedaling and put more energy into the upstroke, making you train harder and go faster. Great for casual and racers alike as these cleats are not as stiff as road racing ones and shoes that come with it are more walkable.

Lightly used cleats with clipless pedals bought late last year, along with the other bike I am selling. Bought off ChainReactionCycles and only used it twice; I couldn't get used to using cleats.

I am also selling MT44 MTB SPD Shoes, size Euro 48. If you buy both together we can negotiate a discount.
