Factory five titan quill stem to accommodate modern 31.8mm handlebars. It could be used for any classic or modern steel frame that uses quill stem without a need for an adapter.

Made from 7075 aluminum, removable faceplate held in place with 2 stainless steel bolts (comes with 4 additional bolts).
