About Event

Q: What are the key rules to take note while taking part in this event?

A: While taking part in this challenge, we need all participants to abide by all health advisements and restrictions in your area, prior to undertaking any physical activity.

Q: What are the start and end dates of the #TOGOSGRTI2022 challenge?

A: The challenge period starts from 18 March 2022 at 00:00 (GMT+8) - 17 April 2022 at 23:59 (GMT+8).

Q: When is the closing date for registration?

A: Registration closes on 3 April 2022 at 23:59 (GMT+8).

Q: What is the finisher distance of #TOGOSGRTI2022?

A: The Finisher Distance is 155km.

Q. Do I have to clock 155km in 1 activity submission to become a finisher?

A. No. You may clock as many activities as you wish to complete 155km and beyond.

Q: How much is the participation fee?

A: #TOGOSGRTI2022 is FREE to join!

Q: I have paid for the challenge, how will I know if my registration is successful?

A: All successful registrants will receive an email notification. If you are not sure whether your payment is successful, please email us at [email protected]

Q: I live outside of Singapore, can I still sign up and join?

A: Yes! At Togoparts, our main mission is to connect cyclists and like-minded people from around the globe.

Q: I have registered, what's next?

A: Simply start using your STRAVA app to record your rides starting from the challenge start date. Record them as "Ride" activities. The leaderboard will start syncing your activities automatically. Check back to the event leaderboard to see your rankings on the Togoparts site or on our iOS or Android App. Please ensure that you authorize Togoparts to connect to your Strava account. Remember to use your STRAVA App to track all your activities during the challenge period. You can find Strava's authorization link in our notification email. If you are using a non-Strava device to record your activities, please upload your activities to Strava. Just make sure all devices are Strava-compatible! Once the challenge starts, the leaderboard will be refreshed periodically to reflect your relevant completed activity details.

Q: Can I request for a refund?

A: There will be no refunds made once a participant has signed up. In the event that the participant is unable to complete the challenge due to unforeseen circumstances, please write to [email protected] so we can review it on a case by case basis

Q: How many members are allowed in a team?

A: A team must consist of a minimum of 2 people or a maximum of 5 people to qualify for achievements. You do not need to do your activities together to be ranked as a team or unlock team achievements.

Q: I linked my Strava Account late, will my prior activities be captured?

A: Yes, the activities will be reflected on the leaderboard as long as the activities are uploaded within 18 March to 10 April 2022. Email us at [email protected] if you face any other issues; Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond.

Q: I recorded activities but I haven't linked my account to the challenge, are my activities invalid?

A: No, as long as the activities are uploaded within the challenge period from 18 March to 10 April 2022, the activities will be captured.



Q: Do the two activities need to be separate? Or I can record in one go?

A: You must record them in separate individual activities to unlock the achievement


Q: Do I have to send you a screenshot of this activity?

A: Yes, you have to send us the screenshot for the activity and you must complete at least 155 km in one ride.


Q: Do I have to start at a start point to unlock this achievement?

A: Yes, you have to start at Jurong Lake Gardens and end at Coney Island or vice versa.


Q: Is there a specific route I must take?

A: No, you are free to use any route you prefer but you must start at Lamp Post 1 and end at Changi Bay Point or vice versa.


Q: Can I start riding outside of Earth hour (26th March 8.30 pm - 9.30 pm GMT +8)?


A: No, you must cycle at least 10 km within the allocated time.


Q: Do I have to start at exactly 8.30 pm and end at exactly 9.30 pm?

A: No, you can start at any time between 8.30 pm - 9.30 pm and end at any time you want as long as you cycle for at least one hour and cover at least 5 km.


Q: Do I have to complete 75 km in one go?

A: No, you can complete them in multiple rides as long as you do them on a weekend.
