Yes, we accept all vaccination cards from different countries.

I only got the first dose of vaccination, can I still attach my vaccination card and still get the discount?

Yes. We accept all types of vaccination cards regardless of the number of doses received.

I am vaccinated but cannot provide a vaccination certificate, how do I redeem my discount?

Unfortunately, we will need a supporting document to verify that you are vaccinated to qualify for the discount. Alternatively, you may reach out to us at [email protected] for more information.

If I missed just one day during doing this activity, can I still get the achievement?

No. You must record at least one activity EVERY DAY during the challenge period. Make sure you don't miss out to get this achievement.

Can I choose a Club from Panca Clubs according to my liking?

No, all participants will be randomly divided into Clubs. All participants must record their activities together in order to reach the top of the Panca Club Leaderboard

When can I get this achievement?

Achievements will be awarded to all Club members who topped the Panca Club leaderboard at the end of the challenge period.

If I missed just one day during the event period, can I still get the achievement?

No. You must record activity every Saturday and Sunday during the challenge. Make sure you don't miss a single day to get this achievement.

I didn't buy all of the TOGOIDN77 rewards, will I still get this achievement?

Yes. You will get this achievement regardless of the type and the number of rewards you purchase.

FINISHER

Do I have to do this in a single session/activity?

No. You can accumulate your distance for the whole period of the challenge.

Do running and cycling have different finisher distances?

No. The challenge requires each participant to reach at least 77 km to be a finisher, regardless of which activities you have recorded in the challenge.

Can I do it Indoors?

Yes, You may record them as indoor or outdoor cycling or running activities for them to count towards your Finisher distance.

ELITE FINISHER

Do I have to do this in a single session/activity?

No. You can accumulate your distance for the whole period of the challenge.

Do running and cycling have different finisher distances?

No. The challenge requires each participant to reach at least 377 km to be a finisher, regardless of which activities you have recorded in the challenge.

Can I do it Indoors?

Yes, You may record them as indoor or outdoor cycling or running activities for them to count towards your Elite Finisher distance.

How do I refer a friend?

You can refer your friend by sending them the referral link by clicking on ‘REFER A FRIEND' via the challenge .

I want to invite my friends to join this event using my referral code. What is my referral code?

Your referral code is your Togoparts username.

ABOUT REWARDS

If I'm not a finisher, will I still get my purchased Finisher Rewards?

No. All Finisher Rewards will only be given to finishers even if you have upgraded your rewards.

If I don't upgrade my rewards, what will I get?

You will get an E-bib and an E-Certificate. However, the E-certificate will only be awarded to the finishers in this challenge.

When can I receive my rewards?

All rewards will be sent 4 weeks after the event has ended. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to ease the shipping process.

I signed up for free. Can I still upgrade my rewards to get the #TOGOIDN77 rewards?

Yes. You can still upgrade the rewards on your profile until before the event ends, which is on August 18, 2022 at 23:59 (GMT+7)

Do I have to pay the shipping fee?

No. All rewards will be sent for free if you live in the Philippines, Southeast Asia, East Asia, USA, UK, Australia & New Zealand. We will inform you more about shipping costs if you live outside the country.

What is the difference between the Event and Finisher rewards?

You will receive the Event rewards regardless of the distance you covered throughout the challenge period, while the Finisher rewards require you to complete the Finisher distance of 77 km (Notes: Those rewards will be received by those who purchase the rewards).

ABOUT EVENT

What is a Finisher?

A finisher is a participant who can complete the finisher distance that has been determined in the challenge. Only finishers can get finisher rewards (if they have upgraded rewards).

I live outside Indonesia, can I join this event?

Yes. This event can be attended by all participants who live in Indonesia or outside Indonesia. Togoparts is determined to embrace all cyclists and runners around the world to join our event.

What is Upgrade Rewards?

Upgrade Rewards is when you make a purchase of any or all of our rewards. Upgrade rewards can be done by this link <link upgrade rewards>.

Do I have to cycle AND run to complete this challenge?

No. You can do either activity either cycling or running or you can also do both to complete this challenge and become a finisher. There are various types of interesting achievements that you can get based on the activities you want to do.

Can I do indoor activities by a stationary bike or a treadmill?

Yes, of course. You can record your activities both indoors and outdoors to count towards the Finisher distance.

I have paid to join this event. How do I know if my payment has been successful?

You will receive an e-mail as proof that your payment has been successful. If you do not receive the proof of payment email, you can contact us at [email protected].

Can I request for a refund?

No. If there is an unexpected event during the event that causes participants to be unable to complete the challenge, we cannot accept refunds in any form.

I've joined, what's next?

Activate the Strava to record your activities starting from challenge start date. Record your activities as "Ride" or "Run" or "E-bike" activities for outdoor activities. As for indoor activities, you can choose "Virtual Ride" or "Virtual Run". Please ensure that you have allowed Togoparts to connect to your Strava account. You can find the Strava authorization link in your notification email. Remember to always use your STRAVA App to track your activities during the challenge period. Make sure all devices are compatible with the Strava app. If you are using a non-Strava device to record your activity, please upload the activity to Strava. The Togoparts leaderboard will start syncing your activities automatically. You can access the Togoparts Leaderboard site in our Application which can be downloaded on the App Store or Google Play.

TRACKING AND LOGGING OF ACTIVITIES

Where can I check my progress against other participants?

You can check it on the leaderboard starting from the first day of the challenge.

My activity doesn't appear on the leaderboard and/or I also don't see my username on the leaderboard after connecting my Togoparts account with Strava

The leaderboard will be refreshed regularly every day. Please wait approximately 4 hours after you record your activity while the Leaderboard processes and updates your activity. If the issue persists, please contact us at email at [email protected]. Please wait within 48 hours for us to reply to your message.

How do I know if I have recorded my activity into the challenge?

Log in to your Togoparts account, then check your profile to see if your activity has been recorded in the challenge. If your activity is still not showing even though you have linked your Strava account with your Togoparts account, please contact us at [email protected].

Can I record my activity using other apps or devices?

We require all participants to use the Strava app to record activity. You can use other activity tracking apps like Garmin and then upload your activity to Strava. If you record your activity using an application other than Strava, our system will not be able to detect your recorded activities.

Sometimes, I move in very long distances. How can I ensure that my battery doesn't run out?

To conserve your battery, allow the Strava app to run in the background while recording your activity.
Here are some steps you can follow:
1. Turn on location services on your phone:
iOS: Location Services Privacy setting set to ON
Android (Samsung 6.0.1): Privacy & Security settings set to ON
2. Enable your Strava app location services:
iOS: Strava Location Settings set to "While Using" or "Always"
Android: On by default

How do you verify that the participant's activity is valid?

Our team checks all activities on a weekly basis. Towards the end of the challenge, the verifying frequency will increase. If you encounter any dubious activity, please contact us at [email protected].

Can I do indoor activities by a trainer or exercise bike or treadmill?

Yes, all indoor activities can be recognized in the #TOGOIDN77 event. Make sure to select “Virtual Ride” or “Virtual Run” in the Strava app.

Can I add my activities manually?

Yes, you can add your activities manually. For outdoor activities, you can choose “Ride” or “Run” or “E-Bike Ride” on the Strava app. As for indoor activities, you can choose “Virtual Ride” or “Virtual Run”

Why are some of my activities not registered?

Your rides or run may be uploaded late (a few days after the activity), especially for riders or runners that use other tracking apps like Garmin. We recommend you upload your activities as soon as possible. If your Strava privacy setting is not set to PUBLIC, our leaderboard will not be able to pull your activities and update them automatically.

The distances recorded by Strava are not accurate, can you add the missing distances to my activity?

We are unable to edit the details recorded by Strava. We recommend participants make sure their GPS signal is strong during the activity and to keep checking if Strava is still recording.

I use Garmin Connect/Movescount to track my activity. How do I upload it to Strava?

You can log in to your Strava account and click on this link: www.strava.com/upload/device

Is it necessary to use the Strava iphone/android app to record my activities if I have another device such as a Garmin that I normally use?

No, you can continue to use your existing preferred device such as a Garmin Edge to record your activities, as long as you can sync and upload them to Strava. If you use both to record your activities, we will adapt to recognize the distance from only 1 source.

How do I record outdoor activity?

Outdoor activities are activities that are supported by GPS/Map data. You can record outdoor activities in multiple ways. You can use any tracking device that tracks your distance and is linked to your Strava account. You can directly record your activities using the Strava App as well! Make sure to select “Ride” or “Run” or “E-Bike Ride”.

Can I tag my friends in my cycling or running activities?

No. Tagged rides are not allowed. Each participant must record their activity through their own Strava account.

We do activities together as a team, can we tag each other on our activities?

No. Tagging fellow participants will make the activity categorized as a duplicate activity in our system. We do not allow participants to tag each other while cycling or running to avoid duplicate activities in this challenge.

We have tagged our teammates in our activities, what will happen?

Our team goes through the leaderboard weekly. If by any chance identical rides are detected, Togoparts reserves the right to remove these identical rides from the challenge.

Why are some of my rides missing?

There are a couple of reasons why they could be missing:
-You recorded your activity before connecting your Strava to the challenge. Our system will only detect recorded activity after you have connected your Strava. Please contact us at [email protected]. so that your previous rides can be reflected in your profile.
-You selected the wrong activity type on Strava. For the #TOGOIDN77 challenge, we are only able to detect cycling or running activity. For outdoor activities, you can choose “Ride” or “Run” or “E-Bike Ride” on Strava. As for indoor activities, you can choose “Virtual Ride” or “Virtual Run”
-Your activity may have been flagged and removed by our system. Our team reserves the right to remove participant activity that is proven invalid and violates the rules of our challenge.
-Your activity may overlap with other activities. Our system is designed to automatically detect overlapping activity (based on time). Our system will automatically delete any overlapping activities and retain only the activities with the furthest distance.
-You may have violated some Traffic Rules. In some cases, Togoparts reserves the right to remove this activity.

Why are some of my activity missing from my profile?

Togoparts.com reserves the right to ignore your activities in the event of dishonesty. We reserve the right to disqualify participants at our sole discretion; or if we find a participant violating the terms and conditions of the challenge.

I recorded activities and have realized that I haven't linked my account to the challenge, are my activities invalid?

No. So as long as their record dates are within the challenge period, our system will be able to fetch and reflect them in the challenge.

What to do if I have linked my Strava late in the challenge?

Send us an email at [email protected] to let us know of the issue so then our team can have them reflected in the challenge.

I think someone is using the Strava App on an e-bike, motorbike or car.

It's a personal honour challenge, and a physical one. We think cyclists and runners have integrity and are honest about challenging themselves. Togoparts.com reserves the right to ignore the Strava entry due to dishonesty. Based on a case-by-case basis, we have the right to disqualify any participants at our sole discretion; or should we find a participant in violation of the terms and conditions of the challenge.
