The staffs here are among the best I've come across so far. With MTB National Champion and ex OCBC Team captain Junaidi as shop manager and ex MTB national downhill rider Jerome as mechanic, the guys here really walk the talk, knowing their stuff well, yet are humble and friendly, and always helpful to provide useful information and services. Good job guys !
Although i buy just a bartape, the staff still treats me like I'm one of their VIP customers...although i am not that particular, these small actions, do make the customers feel good and welcoming. and also , they are not forceful in making you buy stuffs.
