Swap out 7 speed tourney for a shimano replica altus 8 speed shifter paired with another replica acera derailleur. Coupled with a free wheel 8 speed cassette. Not sure what happened but only 5 speeds are available
No front derailleur-- removed. Can't shift properly anyway.
Shimano MT200 hydraulic brakes paired with Tektro rotors

Flat pedals
everything else is stock...essential a 15-16kg cheap bike that cost less than a lot of branded saddles.
