Shimano 105 11 speed groupset
Light action Vivid Shifting is just one of many features taken from Shimano’s top end groupsets, making the 105 11 speed 5800 groupset a performance option for the masses.
The shifters and derailleurs incorporate Shimano’s Vivid Shift technology, with a light but positive feel all the way through the 11 speed drivetrain, giving you the gear you want, when you want it, with the minimum of effort.
The 4 arm chainset is lighter but still stiffer than most 5 arm designs. The four offset arms provide stiffness where it is needed most in the pedal stroke, ensuring all the effort you are putting in with your legs goes straight to the rear wheel. With 50/34 compact gearing, you can tackle even the steepest climbs with confidence.
The symmetrical dual pivot brakes provide excellent power with minimal effort reducing fatigue in your hands and arms, especially on long rides.
Felt Road RSL3 tubless ready wheelset
Felt have taken their Road RSL3 tubeless ready rims and laced them to a pair of their R3 hubs, with sealed bearings throughout, to provide a fast and light road wheelset. These are wrapped in Vittoria Rubino Pro Tech tires providing low rolling resistance on the straights and excellent grip in the corners.
Felt/Prologo Finishing kit
The Felt SuperLite VariableShape road bar and SuperLite stem make for a lightweight but responsive front end.
The Felt Race Road UHC Performance carbon fiber seat post is lightweigh and offers enough deflection to take out the sting on bad road surfaces.
The finishing touch is a Prologo Nago Evo T2.0 saddle. The perfect perch for hours in the saddle.
