The Review
This is really a neat, compact and light rack. I bought my Fit for its capacity to swallow my bike but it became a real hassle of having to prep the car interior and dismantling the bike everytime. The rack is not perfect but with a few small modification that you can also do relatively easy, I foresee using this rack for quite a while.

I can mount it in less than 5 minutes and it takes up very little boots pace compared to other rack mounts. It is light enough to be carried around but I leave it in the car most of the time. The detachable top hooks let me install the rack through my rear bodykit without much problem.

Well it's a Solo so don't expect to carry more than a bike! The buckles do not prevent the bike from swaying and it is made worse by the lack of clearance from the boot door. I make do by using strips of rubber tube to make the buckle hold more securely and an additional QR buckle to hold the bike close to the car to eliminate the swaying. The straps can come loose so double knots are needed but they become a pain to remove. And the lower hook digs into the car panel when i close my door (i drive a Fit) but this won't affect everyone.
