Great service and aftersales support too! Ryan is patient and listens intently to solve issues with the bike. Diagnosis is after they test the bike and NOT before checking it out. I don\'t like mechanics quickly dismiss bike issues as a problem of the user. I would rather we talk and help me diagnose which is what rhey do at cannaisa vertex.
