Topic: Singapore-Based oBike Clutters Australian Cities

In the government-level fights against indiscriminate parking of shared bikes, Singapore appears not to be the only country besieged with this challenge. On Oct 17, Australian councils are introducing new rules on oBike after the Singapore operator’s bicycles were found strewn across cities in the South-Eastern states of Victoria.

If Singapore has seen its share of “funny” locations where the bikes were parked, Australia takes the record for having its shared bikes dumped in trees, on roofs and even in the Yarra River.
