Q: Do I get a reward if I do not complete the challenge distance within the challenge period? A: No. Only Finishers of the required challenge distance during the stipulated challenge period get the rewards that were being signed up. It’s not tough to complete the challenge, go for it!
Q: Can I change the size of the apparel rewards if they do not fit me? A: We will annouce the last date for size change when we roll out the apparel rewards. You may email us at [email protected] before this stipulated date to update your apparel size. After this deadline, we will not be able to change the size of your apparel reward as we order the exact number of apparel strictly based on your registration information.
Q: How good is the quality of the jersey/tee/bib/cap? A: We work with our designer and supplier to provide good quality jersey/tee/bib/cap to our participants. We also constantly work to improve the standard based on your feedback.
Q: I registered and paid for a physical reward pass. Can I upgrade my pass to purchase a more expensive pass if I change my mind? A: Yes you can, provided you informed us of your intention to do so by email to [email protected] by the stipulated date. We will be annoucing the last upgrade dates when we release the physical rewards. The difference in registration fees between the packages will be charged depending on the rewards selected.
Q: How do I collect my rewards? A: If you are residing in Singapore, we will mail your rewards to you free of charge. Other collection channel such as collection centre is also available. We will email the information of these collection channels to all finishers after the end of the challenge.
Q: If I live outside of Singapore, how do I collect my rewards? A: Barring any form of movement control order, we have collection points in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines & Indonesia
