For our finisher jersey and shorts, only finishers of the required challenge distance during the stipulated challenge period get the rewards that were being signed up for. For our #TOGOFESTIVE100 event tee and pins, regardless if you have completed the required distance or not, so as long as you signed up for it, you will be rewarded.
Q: Can I change the size of the apparel rewards if they do not fit me? A: We will announce the last date for size change when we roll out the apparel rewards. You may email us at [email protected] before the stipulated date to update your apparel size. After this deadline, we will not be able to change the size of your apparel reward as we order the exact number of apparel strictly based on your registration information.
Q: How good is the quality of the jersey, tshirt, shorts and pin? A: We work with our designer and supplier to provide good quality jersey, tshirt, shorts and pin to our participants. We also constantly work to improve the standard based on your feedback.
Q: I registered and paid for a physical reward pass. Can I upgrade my pass to purchase a more expensive pass if I change my mind? A: Yes you can, provided you informed us of your intention to do so by email to [email protected] by the stipulated date. We will be annoucing the last upgrade dates when we release the physical rewards. The difference in registration fees between the packages will be charged depending on the rewards selected.
