#TOGOMY58 is a virtual cycling and running challenge for Malaysians across the world, to celebrate the country’s 58th Malaysia Day as a united and free nation with the theme

Our goal is to bring Malaysians together to celebrate 58 years through cycling. In this year edition, participants are also allowed to complete the 58km Finisher distance via running.

This year’s theme is “Malaysia Bersatu”. Malaysia moves towards its 58 years of its formation and as we emerge from a period of social distancing of the opening up of economic and social activities, the challenge builds upon the #MYBERSATU #ONEMALAYSIA.
The Malaysia Day Celebration Challenge is a call for everyone to celebrate Malaysia’s Birthday by staying active, safe and united in spirit as a people.

FINISHER MEDAL

NATIONAL GOAL: 55,800 KMWe have already made it past the 55,800 km mark and hit our Malaysia Day Celebration goal as a group and demonstration of being #MYBERSATU #ONEMALAYSIA.
A total of 555 participants has unlocked the “Pembina Negara” Achievement for contributing to 55,800km by running or cycling.
And we achieved our extended distance of 100,000km! Let's now aim higher and hit 153,446km to beat our #TOGOMY57 distance last year. Let's join our forces and together we can do it!

Outdoor Cycling Leaderboard
Unlock the "PENCABAR NEGERI" achievement when you sign up to represent your State.
All cyclists within the winning state will unlock the "MY58 Juara Negeri" achievement at the end of the Challenge. The winning state is ranked by the total average distance clocked by all participants in the State by the end of the #TOGOMY58 Challenge.

A: Yes of course! You can join the challenge wherever you are around the world. But, be sure to link your STRAVA to your Togoparts account.
A: We mail out your rewards 4 weeks after the last day of the challenge. Please ensure that you provide your full address (including House/Unit/Tower Numbers) to ease the shipping process. No extra shipping fees will be charged for your rewards to the Philippines, South East, East Asia, USA, UK, Australia & New Zealand. We will contact you if you need to pay more for shipping if you reside outside of these countries
A: You will receive Event rewards regardless of the distance you covered throughout the course of the challenge. While the Finisher rewards require you to complete the Finisher (58 km) & Randonneur (558 km) distances.
A: No, you do not need to complete the finsher distance in a single session. You can accumulate 58 km by riding multiple sessions (submissions) using STRAVA during the challenge period. You may record them as indoor or outdoor cycling or running activities for them to count towards your Finisher distance.
A: You need not. You can do all as cycling or running or a mix of both activites in unlimited number of sessions to become a Finisher. There are interesting achievements for you to unlock if you to them both activities or only 1 of them.
