I truly respect businessmen who dare to tell their customers that their products do not fully meet their customer's needs. It shows either (i) professionalism and honesty or (ii) absolute faith in their product to sell itself or both.

Rather than try to sell me something desperately, the service staff i approached (i failed to catch his name) ran me through an explanation of the different types of folding bikes they carried after asking me what I wanted to use the bike for.

As i explained that I wanted a bike that could go off-road sometimes, he was honest and straight up told me that the folding bikes I were looking at were not designed to go off-road and the warranty would be void if i damaged it while off-roading. I half expected him to try to upsell me by pointing me towards a more expensive model that could do everything that i asked for but I was pleasantly surprised when he didn't.

He then encouraged me to bring his bikes out for a spin, followed by a half hour of him explaining all the different aspects that went into the folding bikes. All this while, the bikes I was interested in were not slated to arrive until 7 months later. Kudos
