I got this bike in early July 2006. Mercedes Benz produces only two sizes for this bike: size 48 and 56.The frame size of my bike is 56cm and as such, its frame is a little too big for me even though I stand at 5'10"! As such, I changed the stock seatpost and saddle to Truvativ seatpost and Velo carbon saddle respectively. After the seat height was lowered, the ride has been comfortable since. I consider that size 48 is more suitable for Asian.I ride on this Mercedes Benz bike on Saturday and Sunday on road (mostly on Changi Coastal Road). On weekdays I ride my 26" Dahon Matrix foldable mountain bike every morning at Upper and Lower Peirce Reservoir Park before going to work (I keep the bike in my SUV).I've been enjoying my ride on road with this Mercedes Benz fiitness bike. The ride is comfortable and the frame and fort responds to road conditions well. The gear shift is smooth with Shimano Deore shiter and derailers. No regret with this Merc bike, most proabaly due to its snob value? Stock ComponentsColour: painted silver.Material: AluminiumSize: 56Fork: RST suspension fort TR FREE T5, Elastomer/steel spring, spring travel 50mmCrankset: Shimano Deore 2005, crank length 170mm. The saddle was replaced with Velo carbon on Truvativ seatpost as seat height with the stock Selle Italia saddle and suspension spring seatpost system was too high for me (due to the minimum seatpost height taken up by the suspension spring system). 2. The platform pedal was replaced with Shimano SPD 5403. The cassette was changed to SRAM 11-23 teeth as I ride this bike only on road.
