Admin Ops Executive (Full Time)

You are part of the beating heart of Togoparts. Here, we strive to deliver outstanding results to our customers. Attending to our clients and members' needs is also amongst our utmost priorities. You will be in control of the accounts of the numerous stakeholders we serve in the bicycle industry, and ensure that they are fully satisfied. You will also be involved in the daily operations of Togoparts and making sure everything works together to deliver the best customer and user experiences from here.

Work Scope and Responsibilities

  • Interfacing with Customers & Industry Clients to handle business queries.
  • Handling logistics, fulfillment operations and over-the-counter company services.
  • Ads and Email deployment and entitlements tracking.
  • Sales support operations working closely with various teams internally.
  • Administrative - filing, faxing, emails, invoicing, payment processing.
  • Finance related - Book keeping and related work using accounting software.

Requirements

  • Positive personality, excellent attitude and able to take initiative.
  • People person - comfortable over the phone and communicating with people.
  • Organized, meticulous, strong attention to detail.
  • Able to converse well and write in English.
  • Good experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Internet Savvy.
  • Knowledge with any CMS, HTML, Image editing skills is highly advantageous.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in related work scope.

Media Sales Consultant (Full Time)

Job Scope and Responsibilities

  • Closing deals and generate repeated ad sales for Togoparts.com with Corporate Brands
  • Develop fresh sales leads and build client relationships.
  • Structure sales products and strategize implementation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in digital media sales or related account servicing positions.
  • Excellent sales track record. Possess creativity, keen deal-making and opportunity-spotting acumen.
  • Digital media and social networking marketing savvy
