My years of good experience with this outlet was ruined by one rude conversation. Earlier, I used to refer any friend who would need bike related services here. Now, they lost both me and other prospects because of a shoddy experience I had. I understand it's my prerogative to ask for a discount on services being a regular customer, I also understand its your right to deny it which would be understandable. But if you say something along the lines of "if you don't want, take your stuff and go elsewhere". This "my way or the highway" attitude is not going to serve you well sir. The staff at this outlet are generally very courteous and welcoming, spare the one I met today who literally dismissed me like a fly and went about his business. Good customer service doesn't start and end at the front desk, it's something that should be ingrained in everyone. I just met the weakest link today. Give him a raise and may be he starts becoming nice to people.
