Brought my bike down to get my chain changed due to a link issue, and after the chain was changed, The in house mechanic even did a tuning of my gears and also checked to ensure no other parts were damaged. After ensuring everything was ok, advised me that everything looks fine, even though my bike has been ridden quite hard prior to the locked chain. No hard selling or trying to get me to change anything unnecessary. Honest bike shop
