I just bought a new Merida Reacto 5000 from HupLeong. John was so patient with me and answered all my questions sincerely. Not only did he do a fantastic job in fitting me, he also offered to let me come back anytime to get a refit. He also took time to teach me to take my tire out and refit it.
The Aunty was so kind and spoke so nicely to me. This is a shop I would consider making my local bike shop and having a long term relationship with. No hard selling and lots of good advice.
