I visited the shop to enquire about some bikes. Even though I told him I would not be buying that day, the staff was still very friendly and willing to share with me the types of bikes available. They have quite a decent range of bikes as well.
This shop sells many beautiful bikes and accessories. If you are not so much into road cycling and mountain biking, but rather cycling on beautiful bicycles, this is the shop to patronise!
I bought a hardtail from hup leong last month. I bought from them because they claim to provide (I\'ve not used their support yet) very good aftersales support. They allow for trade ins within 2 years, good warranty, and free tuning.
They are also a very reputable bike shop and a few of my friends bought from them before.
The only downside is that the staff can be overly friendly and eager at times, so you have to be sure what you want before patronising the shop. The staff also seem to be too busy to answer any phone enquiries. Before I bought the bike, I wanted to call them to check on the available models and I had to call for 5-10 minutes before someone picks up the phone.
But nonetheless, I will still recommend the place for it\'s decent price, good support, and for being a reputable shop.
