Hi Llyod,

Just checking how did the shop fixed your fork wrongly? I have sent in so many of my bikes in and to date; I felt they have done a great job and many a times; the mechanic of the shop has even helped solved stupid things that I tried to DIY myself at no cost. Most of my friends who went there all praised that they are a bunch of fun and friendly people.

I have never came across a bike shop that willingly shared their technical skills with customers and even taught me how to properly maintain my bike.

I my opinion, they will be the shop I\'ll go to when I need to get spares or full service my bike. Comparing to other shops, they are also priced competitively..

Anyways, others may have different views, but I have been a happy customer there.
