I've arranged a meet up with him at 8pm. Reached his place at 7:40 pm then he change the timing to 9pm so waited until 9pm then change again to 11pm.

Bought the wheelset from him after confirming that it is 11 speed ready. The wheelset turns out to be only 10 speed. Asked him for a partial refund since he stated he needs cash. He did not bother offering. The cosmetic condition of the wheels are hardly 9.9/10. More like 7.5 with scratches at the rim surface. Seller hardly knows his stuffs too. Very disappointed with the purchase.
