The Schwalbe Nobby Nic MTB Tire is the bicycle tire which all touring and all-mountain riders will love to ride with. It even features in Enduro competition and XC racing. This Schwalbe Nobby Nic MTB Tire also now features a new SnakeSkin sidewall which makes it immune to cuts and blows, while Tubeless conversion is as easy and safe as never before.
There is no friction between the bike tire and inner tube and it tremendously reduces the rolling resistance.

By doing so, it will bring a significant advantages in terms of comfort, but also significantly gain more control in decisive situations and on rough mountain biking trails. Through this Tubeless system, it reduces the risks of tire puncture. Hence, sudden loss of air through bursting tubes or valve tear off is almost zero. At the same time, a tire sealant is able to seal punctures while riding and can be done within a few tenths of a second.

Tubeless with SnakeSkin: The monofile SnakeSkin fabric on the side wall makes the tubeless conversion for the MTB extremely easy and safe. It also provides the best cut protection on the side wall. For this reason, Tubeless Easy with SnakeSkin comes as standard with our high-end MTB tires in Evolution Line.

SnakeSkin: This is perhaps one of the most effective creations for mountain bikers by Schwalbe. The SnakeSkin fabric from Schwalbe adds only 40-50g per tire. This makes it the most practical protection against sharp rocks that which can easily cut the side wall of light racing tires.

TrailStar: Enduro & freeride compound, Triple Nano compound was unsuitable performance-wise and the rolling resistance of Gooey Gluey was too high. TrailStar has substantially more grip, better damping and handling control. Nevertheless, the compound is not overly heavy, making it suitable for climbing too. Easy rolling base layer (base), grippy center (medium soft), extra-grippy shoulders (soft).
