True and no defects(no dents no cracks no bents) at all. Loud hubs. Hubs all perfect condition and very smooth. Brake threads still very good, able to feel and see the grooves. Some small insignificant marks here and there on the decals due to storage and cleaning. Newest fulcrum racing quattro wheelset, as it is an LG version.
I wont give a condition rating (10/10 or 9/10) coz I think it's very subjective. But as a fellow cyclist, I can assure that everything is good and functions like new. Come to my place and view, no obligations.
