In good physical condition with minor scuff marks on seat tube. This is probably one of the most beautiful seatposts I've ever seen. Bought 4 years ago and ended up using it for 3 weeks before switching to a thompson as my saddle would occasionally slip. You might have better luck, and at $10, you really can't go wrong.
