Similar Products Tried:
Dura-Ace, 105, Tiagra, Sora, Campag record
Strengths:
1. Cheap
2. Smooth shifting
3. Come in braze-on n clamp type
4. Light
Weaknesses:
1. Chain cage seems to be a little flexble.
The Crunch:
I dun think this front D can last long... due to the soft & thin chain cage. I had a friend using this front D, the chain cage had already out of shape. Regarding of shifting is not a problem. But i bought from a groupset so who cares, uses first and see how.

Strengths:
Dura Ace quality, price
Weaknesses:
No clamp-on version for 1 1/4" and 1 3/8" mounting.
The Crunch:
I bought the Ultegra front derailleur new. The price is reasoneable for an item that works just as good as Dura Ace but weighs a just a few grams more. Only irritation is that my seat tube is oversized 1 1/4 inch (31.8mm) and Shimano requires you to buy the braze-on version with a separate clamp.

Works great on my 9-spd STI setup. Front shifting is precise and smooth. No complains so far.
