Isit similar to Vert? anyone ride this before?

yes, its good only for supermarket bike, not a re-creation one. its most probly steel, which weight at least 14 to 15kg. If u can expand your budget to around 450 to 500, u can get a good decend entry level aluminum bike like tern C7  or dahon Route.

oh i forgot , u can also get the java 16 fit , its also a good bike, the advantage is that it is 2x8 gear instead of 1x8 or 1x7.(makes climbing slopes easier) only catch is no magnet to secure the 2 ends... but then, u can buy your own velcro strip for $2 at any tailor shop and used it to secure the 2 ends

Velcro strip is provided by shop...
