bro, go to "Market Place, Complete Bike". Search for Dutch bike. You'll see what you're looking for. Selling for $550. Good luck.

hi dragonfly 16,
What kind of 'vintage' bikes are you into? Ah Pek type, eg Raleigh Sports, BSA, Hercules, Flying Pigeon(?), Hermes.... or those roadies eg Racers?  Or BMX? Or are you into a particular era of bikes like Chopper, Motocross?
Knowing which type of bikes you're focusing on will help you to determine the complexity and at times alot of hardwork + $$ spent on hunting for parts.
Let me give you an example:
If you want to restore an Ah Pek bike, lots of old bike shop can do the job.
If you want to restore say Chopper, all I can say is "Good Luck". Parts are hard to come by.
If you want BMX, lots. Resonable price too.
So, what type of bike/era/model are you interested?
Hope this helps to clarify your doubts or have I confused the entire thing?? "P
