Topic: Vintage Bicycle Group?

Hi,

You may want to approach some race organisers for a vintage bike race as a novelty (any five of you will do)

I had been replacing worn parts on my Peugeot with non originals, so its neither here nor there (does not resemble a vintage anymore)

hi guys,

if you guys remembered i posted asking where and how much to own/restore a vintage bicycle. price isnt really an issue for me as one forumer (i cant recall his nick) pointed out. i own a motorbike so im guessing it should cost more that buying accessories and fixing up my motorbike right? haha.

and after reading up on the posts after my enquiries, im glad to say that i own a flying pigeon and my gf now has a phoenix. i know its nothing compared to all the old birds bikes in here.

i have a few more noob questions though and hope you guys assist me in clearing my doubts.

is there any shops that sell brooks saddle or do i have to get it online?

the chain guard that came with my flying pigeon is the type that only covers the top part. is there any shops that sell new 'fully covered chain guards? the sort that until cannot see ur chain also. pref the flying pigeon brand. ive been googling for hours but yet to yield any results.

thanks in advance guys. nice bikes u all have and happy riding !!!!

I saw some Brooks saddle at C2C before.
TR bikes also have some leather saddle.

As for the fully covered chain guard, you can try:

What you want is also call chain case. You can try search for "Chain Case" or "Gear Case"

Bro, since you're looking for a full chain case, try getting one that comes with lubrication cap on top. Cheers.
