As today started off the KTCT 1st sunday's training. So 2 out of 4 riders started on warm up training and kick off 1st, as the 2 others got something on to attend and joining kona-bros on next sunday. So did a bonus training route extension as requested, from originally SAP route to Yishun dam to Mandai to Woodlands to Admiralty to Sembawang to Yishun to Thomson to AMK to Bishan to the East and head back. Inclusive of kopitiam training for discussion too. Weather's also not bad. Next Sunday's training session still on and back to original route as planned. Thanks.

So 2nd Sunday's training ride done at 5.30am today and ended at 8am plus. 2 out of 4 riders again, but today its another one rider with kona-bros doing training. Very flexible one, as today ended at tampines territory and kopitiam training with more further discussion regarding the upcoming K.T. cycle trip during end Sept. Weather's today still ok and training going well so far. So next Sunday's training ride still on and gather the all 4 to ride together in order to understand each rider's riding 'pattern and badminton' to form a good chemistry when doing the ride during the actual trip. We be doing the 3rd training next sunday and ride the original route as planned. Thank u for your time and support.
