Topic: Abandoned Bicycles Policy

Hi guys just wondering whether has any idea what's the policy in Singapore with regards to abandoned bicycles.

I've seen a few here and there in really terrible condition. Sometimes they're locked by a cable and sometimes they're totally unlocked. Usually, somebody would have already stripped the bike of its wheels and other parts, leaving the frame to rot.

Are such abandoned bikes fair game for people or is there a relevant channel to go through?

Thanks

I think you should contact the town council of where you stay at. They should know who to call to cut the locks and remove the bikes.
