Hi everyone

I saw this listing by a member (http://www.togoparts.com/marketplace/ad-details/964975/boom-2000w-72v-electric-moped-scooter-576z-brushless-motor-green)for an electric moped and wonder if anyone knows what's the rules and regulation to ride something like this in Singapore?

Does one need to have Motorbike 2B license to ride this and what about COE? Would that be required?

Any comments appreciated :)

This is confirmed an illegal vehicle as it is a mopped up scooter w/o pedals and does not run on fuel. Only LTA approved scooter is allowed
