East Coast Park now has PCN link from its western end (Area A / Fort Rd) all the way to Bay East Gardens. The link starts off as a cycling-friendly sky bridge.

When you reach Bay East Gardens (the bay-side PCN path), you can head south to reach Marina Barrage or your can head north through Tanjong Rhu Promenade (consequently via Tanjong Rhu Suspension Footbridge) to reach Sports Hub.

To reach Kallang River you can go via the Sheltered Walkway from Sports Hub using the huge sky bridge (with cycling-friendly lifts) until you reach Kallang MRT

or

you can go by pavement alongside Stadium Place then a bit of Stadium Road (just 20meters or so), there's a pedestrian (no zebra line, no walking traffic light) crossing that connects you to Merdeka Bridge (aka Nicoll Hi-way Bridge) pavement. From this pavement there is a path on both directions,

taking left (west-ward) after crossing Stadium Road will lead you to a pavement path that will pass under and across Merdeka Bridge.

Taking the left (east-ward) will take you to a U-turn after 20meters into the pavement along Merdeka Bridge to take you west ward into the other side, Marina Promenade, you can go by the stairs then head west ward (a few meters) then north under Merdeka Bridge to Kallang Riverside Park (West). Heading south-west from the stairs will only take you to Singapore Flyer.

Hello....google maps is really a great helper. Click on link below for the map.

But to really answer your question, take the Kallang Riverside PCN towards Crawford, cross the bridge @ Crawford, carry onto Kallang Riverside PCN towards Kallang, then turn right to take the bridge @ Kallang and then turn right back onto the PCN towards Sports Hub. :)

You can also save a bit of cycling by carrying your bike up the Merdeka Bridge, cross it, then carry it down to the PCN.:)
