Topic: Increase speed for Java Decaf TT

i just bought a Java Decaf TT.  Is there a way to increase the speed?

Assuming same cadence one must be at the highest gear inches possible on bike for highest speed? In other words set the front to the biggest chainring and the cassete on the smallest cog ^^ This is all before "upgrading" the "organic engine" i.e the cyclist fitness/power output of course haha

Does changing to a more teeth crankset helps?

Yes a bigger chainring in front would see you hitting higher speed

Yes , but u need more leg power to drive the bigger chainring.
 I think Java Decaf tt came with a 46t chainring. maybe change anything between  50T - 56T should be fine. 
check if chain is long enough.

Change the tires to Schwalbe Durano or Panaracer Minits Lite, instant minimal rolling resistance compared to the standard 20 x 1.50 tires. 

Sometimes changing to a bigger chainring will make your legs muscles more tired than necessary, especially if you're not into constant hard pedalling.
