Goggle Tyketoter and buy online.

Cost inc shipping about $153.

Product made in USA.

Good value for money considering some other similar kind cost almost $500 locally.

Bought mine online, not sure if any local bike shop is selling.  Very unlikely it is sold here.

But there is always crazy markups when sold in a shop space.

One area of concern may be that the aforementioned chairs may not be integrated into the fold.

Which folding bike do you have? The more well-known brands - which aren't that expensive (but not that cheap either if shipping is factored in) if you buy from Amazon - are Bobike and Yepp.

Look through Amazon and see if there's any design that interests you.

I've seen enough old, junk bikes with child-seats that I know there must be local suppliers who can probably set it up to your specifications, for a more reasonable price than overseas brands.

Great for kids 3 to 6 yrs old.
