Benson and his daddy have been in business for many years in Thomson days and located in Toa Payoh ever since. I just happened to use their service after trying attempting my regular bikeshop that cant be bother to lace the wheels even the rims are bent or others cant lace them well enough.
Most shops prefer to sell stuff than service or recycle them.
Prices are fairly reasonable and definitely worth it if you want to reused parts then simply buying new ones.
I dont think they are into online business and that website u mentioned is probably a scam.
Spent half an hour there and you will know.
Note: Benson doesnt smile or talk much but he sure know his stuff.
