Relatively i always go to Cheap John because it is beside house. It is quite a big bikeshop but mostly he is usually too busy. i am looking into more alternative wherby i can find kakis of the same kinds and seek more advice for future upgrades. i dont wish to travel too far too. I will definately drop-by bikelink and other shops to look around since it is quite recommended. I hope my friend was wrong.

I  started biking last year around august.
I  bought a GT2.0 and recently I  just change to GT1.0
Both from them.
All the while I am visiting them.
Aftersales service was great too. Once I got a puncture I push my bike over and he change it for me and check the cause for me
Sometimes I go to C2C at AMK too

the other time I went to bikelink with my uncle's market bike to get the tube fixed, when they were serving me , they didn't seemed willing. and what dzai said was right. the people in bikelink shows the one kind of face. I'd advise you not to waste your time going down to bike link.
