Hi chris- the hitch mounted bike racks sure look very secure. Any idea where one can get a hitch receiver installed under the car? LTA said it's ok as long as it doesn't protrude from the rear of the vehicle. I called fong kim to ask if they can weld it and they said they haven't done it.
All you need is the 3037 Bike Beam from Saris. This dog bone device clips on the the seat post and the stem steerer tube and forms a top tube that you can use on any rear bike rack. Many of the new generation full suspension mtn bike frame shapes cannot be securely mounted on regular car rear racks.

Ya, I'm using 1 of this for my full sus as well. before using this, my bike will protrude more to 1 side after some driving but after using this item, my full sus does not shift liao.
