‎13th January 2012

We have 1 new riders join us tonite for the riding - Welcome Ann

The weather really been kind to us , but the weather is cold and windy. Today we have a good turn out with 8 bikes.
...
Today we go for our usual route along PCN East Coast - Changi Coastal - Changi Village.

Individual of us doing a bit of training along the Coastal Rd to get ourselve prepare for the Bike Rally event.

Most of us having good imrovement from all the past riding.. Especially Thomas Thong - He is now steady on the riding and able to do a average speed of 20km/h! Well Done!

Ann's first time join us for the riding.. she a bit nervous at first BUT she starting to get a hand on it.. Good Effort! Keep it up..

As usual we have drinks and lot's of 'talk cock sing song" session at Changi Village Hawker Center before we head back.

We have our final 'check point' at Marine Cove - Mcdonald for a short break before we called it a day.

HOME SWEET HOME
We clock a total of 40km+ tonite and average individual burn off 1006 of CALORIES! Well Done!

Good to see that everyone enjoy the ride and sure a good workout for all, We are going the next cycling on the 20th Jan 2012. stay tune and do join us again yeah!

Same place! same distance! same food!, drink, coffee BUT looking forward to have more people joining us. Stay Tune!

We are going for the 13th night cycling event next week. - Same distance, same place - East Coast Park to Changi village ( BUT we are going to explode new route if possible )

Residents, Friends and Guest are invited for this coming 20th... Jan 2012 night cycling. Hope to see more residents & friends ( including family and guest ) to join us for the night cycling ( lesiure cycling ) Please do RSVP with us soon.

Gathering point - Blk 61 Marine Drive RC centre, time 8:30pm ( warm up exercise )

( grace waiting time 15min before we move off )

Date - 20th Janaury 2011
Meeting Place - Blk61 Marine Drive infornt of the RC center
Meeting Time - 8.30pm
Moving-off Time - 8.45pm sharp
Estimated End Time - 12 midnite
Distance - est. 42 km
Type of Ride - Leisure
Terrain - tarmac, concrete

*Important: Terms & Conditions

Note: 1) All bicycle MUST have front and rear light fitted and working.
To ensure your bicycle is in working condition ( note, we do not
have extra spare parts/ tyre inner tube for replacement during
the event )

2) All cyclist are encourage to wear Protective Gear for
safety purpose especially helmet

3) To self prepare own drinking water or small snack ( during the
resting point )

4) To wear light and easy clothing ( preferably sport wear ), track/
sport shoe strongly recommended ( No slipper and sandal )

5) Children age 12 and below MUST be accompany by adults

6) Ride will be cancelled if there is rain

7 ) We reserve the rights to refuse any participation from any cyclist(s) at any point of time.

8 ) To instill and promote safety in cycling, we will not hesitate to "STRONGLY ADVISE" rider(s) who compromises safety on himself and/or the whole group during the ride.

9 ) therefore none of us is liable or responsible for any accident or mishap that occurs to you during any of the rides we organise.

10) By joining the ride, that means you have read the Terms and Conditions with full understanding.

11 ) Lastly, cycle with safety in mind at all times, enjoy the ride and food.

It was good meeting you guys earlier! The ride was fun, but I'm sorry I slowed you guys down. It may not  exactly be leisurely, but I'll be joining you guys again for sure!

We have 2 new riders join us tonite for the riding - Welcome Peggy Tan and Noel

The weather is cold tonite due to the heavy down pour in the afternoon, but the weather is just nice for the night. Today we have a good turn out of 9 bikes.

Today we go for our usual route along PCN East Coast - Changi Coastal - Changi Village.

Most of us take this opportunity doing a bit of training along the Coastal Rd to get ourselve prepare for the Bike Rally event. Average speed of the group between 20-23km/h

Peggy's first time join us for the riding.. she is doing the ride with a nice and good foldable bike. she is doing average 20-23km/h. Noel's first time joining us for the ride too.. . Good Effort! Keep it up..

As usual we have drinks and lot's of 'talk cock sing song" session at Changi Village Hawker Center before we head back.

‎27th January 2012

We have 3 new riders join us tonite for the riding - Welcome Jiajia, Jonathan and Sebastian!

The weather is cold tonite again due to the sudden down pour in the afternoon, but the weather is just nice for the night. Today we have a very good turn out of 13 bikes.

Today we go for our usual route along PCN East Coast - Changi Coastal - Changi Village.

Today we are doing a more relax and easy ride cos we have new riders riding with us for the first time. Average speed of the group between 20-23km/h

Jiajia first time join us for the riding.. she is doing the ride with a nice red MTB - VooDoo. she is doing average 18-22km/h.

Jonathan first time joining us for the ride too... NICE Full Suspension Bike - White in colour!

Sebastian first time with us.. a nice roadie. . Red and Black colour.

As usual we have drinks and lot's of 'talk cock sing song" session at Changi Village Hawker Center BUT tonite special with 'Lo Hei' so everyone can 'HUAT!!'

We have our final 'check point' at East Coast Hawker Centre for another short break before we called it a day.
