I am a newbie to cycling. Previously I was into running for several years till I sprained my ankle badly in 2017. I felt depressed and defeated by it. Even saw a sport doctor but to no avail. 

Now cycling found me instead & brought me the joy!

wow. I like how you said meditation in motion. Cycling is indeed one of the best ways to keep our minds focused, stress free, and etc. cycling is indeed a practical way to save us away from gas, while at the same time, we are burning bad cholesterol. Ya? Hehe. Keep riding bro! Cycling is life

wow! I admire how you keep on doing physical activites despite the events.. i am more into running too, but yes, varying our routines make us sweat more and loose more weight.. cycling is a great place to do that! Keep cycling bro.

Cycling mainly serves two purposes for me:

1) Utilitarian - my main mode of transport to/from work and kopi/grocery runs
2) Therapeutic - meditation in motion
