Starting June 1st, foldable bikes and personal mobility devices (PMD) will be allowed on buses and trains all day, even during peak hours.
The six-month trial showed that commuters bringing this devices were responsible and followed the stipulated rules well. Other commuters were also accepting of such practices.
Non-compliance of the rules will prohibit commuters from bringing their device into the public transport and can be fined up to $500 for each offence.
