Service is good, mechanic is fantastic, I think he is better than most mechanics in major brands. That's why you have to take a queue to get your bike done. Best part is, price is extremely reasonable, from servicing to parts. Boss is very friendly too. I love going here. You can view anything you want, no questions asked, in fact, it is encouraged. Amazing place to be in. My friends and I have switched to here and we love going to BikeX in Tampines Hub.
I went to the BikeXtreme for some assistance with my Rear Derailleur. A bent hangar was the diagnosis, they helped me bend it back and indexed my gears to resolve my gear shifting issues. Really great that I'm and running again! Outstanding Work BikeXtreme!
