My Experience In RnE Bike Shop is like a family. I know their bike shop a few months back. Till I decided to go down to get a folding bike with my brother. My brother get his 1st bike and afew days later he found out the chain is rubbing against the frame my brother went down the shop and not happy about it. And the boss did a best solution to solve my brother problem by change another model and top a little to get another bike. I think if is other bike shop I think they will not change and say alot of reason. A few days later I went down to get myself a bike too. The bike got no problem. After afew cycle I found out is the factory problem so I went down to ask what happens. The boss just tell the workers change a new one for me. I was like WOW. Their services is really so good.
