Dun let this shitty shop fool you. its not a branch of rodalink, it seems to be here to tarnish its image. had a run in with this shop 2 times already. 1st is refuse to service bikes not bought from the shop, even ask him for price quote. 2nd is shoddy unprofessional products. bought a new tube from him and it punctured in less than a 1km. DUN EVER GO TO THIS SHOP

I first bought a bike in Sept to ride my kids to school. I last owned a bike when I was 15. Back in 1995. So you could say that I know next to nothing when it came to bicycles.

I got a flat in my rear wheel and I had no clue what to do. I just pumped it up every 10 minutes and got to this Rodalink outlet. Thought I found my savior.

The shop mechanic took one look at my bike and said, "Nope. Can't help you."

The only reason he won't help me with the simple tire fix is because I bought this bike from the supermarket. Of course I did. My first bike in 20 years and it cost only $99! How would I know there were politics between bike shops and NTUC fairprice?!

The only way I convinced to help me was to offer to pay double. In the end, he changed my inner tube and outer tire for $40. And the same tire punctured again in 2 weeks.

Maybe there is an unspoken rule that bike mechanics don't work on supermarket bikes. But I think that would be an error to think that way.

Because now I LOVE cycling, budgeted to buy a proper road bike, watched like 10,000 videos on Youtube, and the only place I won't go to get a bike from, is from him.

What a waste. He is just a 15 min ride away.
