Awesome experience because of Ah Hong, the mechanic. He doesn't do his job for the sake of it, he really wants to help as he cycles too so it's not all about trying to sell you stuff.
You feel welcomed to the store though you are just there to window shop. LOL. Their products are gopod quality and sometimes on a discount. Much better.

Good after sales support and mechanic there is knowledgeable and helpful.
Relatively easy to get to. Mechanic not usually in all the time. Would help if you know what you want to get instead of walking in with no intention of buying anything. (do some research online and if the things you wanna get aren't urgent,might wanna get them online instead.) That being said,not the cheapest but not the most expensive bike store around.
