I bought a Rayleigh from them years ago they promise they will fix everything if I had any issues with the bike for a month. The moment the money changed hands they take a different tune. I realized the wheel was rubbing the brake pads and it was out of true within a day of purchase, they claim that's normal and never fixed it. It seems to be some dodgy export version also, as the Rayleigh website says it should be Sora groupset, but it was a much lower tier groupset on the bike. not recommended
Bad attitude, money-minded and rude. Paints a poor image for cyclists. Hope they close down very very soon.
Bad attitude from both owners. Does not know how to keep their mouth shut! Will laugh at your bike saying it's lousy/overpriced.. and then they will promote their overpriced lousy china bikes. Definitely not worth paying a visit... STAY AWAY!
Crap service, see beh hao lian owner. I went there earlier this year, went twice in fact, first time not done properly, 2nd time the owner said, got money go and buy a better bike. Lousy attitude, if work until so unhappy, close your shop then.
Service was very bad. Didn't do a serious work at all, attitude sucks, pricey parts that does no worth it at all. Not worth to go there to service your bike to get judged or buy any new china bike from there which is way over priced.
