neOn - Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Comp Women's

This bike started off as a special order from the local distro - Tay Cycles. Went with the Glossy black + Pink theme and decided to make use of some of my spare parts to build it. The fork, shifters seatpost etc. were extras that I had. It was the pink components that I needed to scout around for. Thanks to trips here and there, I managed to find most of the things I felt this build needed. Acknowledgment is therefore due to the many bike shops that were ever ready to give me the heads up on stuff that I might be interested in during the process of planning this build. Thanks also to "Rabbit" for helping me to kick start the build early one morning - we finished almost complete assembly by 5am.I acquired a set of Hope Mono Mini brakes to replace the original XTR M960 dual control setup. They were interesting looking, but I wanted something that was a little more consistent with the colour scheme. While this wasn't meant to be a racing build by any means, I  mostly adhere to the mantra that any changes made should seek to target multiple areas for improvement rather than a single one. In this case, fortunately, carbon-levers and replacement bolts were on hand - meaning that the conversion of the mono minis  to Mono Mini Pro's not only allowed for the continuation of the colour scheme but a drop in weight as well. On top of that,  the carbon levers feel somewhat easier on the fingers and more responsive than the original Alu ones. Apart from some initial unfamiliarity with the parts needed and the process of replacing the parts, most of the process was quite easy and I did it solo within 20 mins. (Thanks to Patrick @ Eclipse for the brakes and TWA for the reservior caps and diaphragms). As this project has more or less been completed - I've decided to sell in in favor of a new project bike. Am welcoming offers for it now. Thanks for your interest and for the help and support of various riders/mechs/bike shops etc.Kindly use the following link -Sale Spec List:Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Comp 2007 FrameMagura Ronin 110 Fork + Chris King Pink Anodized Stem Cap and Ti bolt.Arundel  Side-loading bottlecage (with pink details)Aerozine X-12 (Pink) CranksetAerozine BB (Pink)Shimano XTR FD-M960 Down Swing Front Derailleur with alu bolt (Pink)Shimano XTR CS-M960 11-32T CassetteShimano XTR RD-M975 Long Cage DerailleurKMC X9 Chain (Silver)Hope Mono Mini Brakes (Pink) + Accompanying rotors + Carbon Lever upgrade kit and replacement  caps (in black)DT Swiss CL - 6 Bolt adapterSyntace F99 StemToken Pink Carbon Fibre + Standard Carbon spacersEaston Monkey Lite SL BarOury Grips (Pastel Pink)Specialized Women's BG SaddleEaston EC90 Seatpost 30.9Specialized Seat Clamp with Ti Bolt kit.Crank Brothers Candy Pedals - PinkWheelset:Velocity VXC Disc Rims (Pink)Shimano Deore XT FH-M765 HubsDT Swiss Competition SpokesTire Selection as per Epic and Stumpy HT.
